What We Do…

Waterproofing materials to coat underground walls creating a protective barrier against water, ranging from flexible membranes (rubberized asphalt, polyurethane) applied externally to cementitious coatings or sealants, all designed to prevent moisture intrusion under hydrostatic pressure.

External & Internal Waterproofing

We can prevent water from entering your house, keeping your basement dry. We perform internal and external waterproofing so you’ll never have a water problem again.

Retaining walls hold back soil on slopes to prevent erosion, create level usable land for landscaping or construction, manage water runoff, and provide structural support for foundations, making uneven terrain functional, safe, and accessible.

Retaining Walls

Boost your curb appeal with retaining walls that protect your lawn, your landscaping and the value of your property. Retaining walls are an attractive solution to help prevent current and future erosion problems.

Waterproofing drains added to underground walls are part of a larger water management system designed to collect groundwater and redirect it away from a home's foundation.

Land Grading & Drainage

We grade your land properly and install drainage pipes to redirect water away from the house.

Frequently Asked
Questions

How long does it take to complete a waterproof project?

The average waterproofing project is around 3-10 days, depending on the size and scope of work.

How long does basement waterproofing last?

When installed correctly, most professional waterproofing systems can last decades, even for the lifetime of your home. At Stevens Construction Waterproofing, we use high quality materials and proven techniques to ensure long-term performance.

How much does residential waterproofing cost?

Waterproofing costs vary depending on the size of the affected area, the type of system installed, and whether repairs are needed first. We provide free inspections and detailed quotes so you know what to expect.

How do I know if my home needs waterproofing?

Signs your home may need waterproofing include water stains on walls or floors, musty odors, peeling paint, mold growth, or visible cracks in your foundation. Even small leaks can lead to costly structural damage over time. Our team can inspect your home and provide a customized waterproofing solution before the problem escalates.

What’s the best waterproofing method for a basement?

The best method depends on the source of the water problem. For many homes, a combination of interior drainage system, sump pumps, and/or exterior foundation sealing provides long-term protection. At Stevens Construction Waterproofing, we assess your property and recommend solutions tailored to your home’s soil type, foundation, and water exposure.

Can waterproofing increase my home’s value?

Yes. A waterproofed home protects against mold, structural damage, and costly future repairs. If you plan to sell your home, waterproofing can be a strong selling point. It will increase resale value by improving your home’s condition and providing peace of mind for buyers.
